DaBaby is struggling with criminal rates for a beatdown a male promises he suffered for striving to halt the rapper’s entourage from taking pictures a music online video on his property.
The rapper has been billed with felony battery by the L.A. County District Attorney’s Place of work … in excess of an incident from early December last calendar year … which allegedly left a guy, Gary Pragar, with really serious injuries.

Pragar filed a lawsuit in February, saying he was attacked for imposing simple residence rental principles at his location.
DaBaby and his group rented a massive pad that Pragar manages in L.A. … and Pragar claims he was explained to it was going to be a trip place for DB and his buddies. Appears like Pragar went to the authorities soon after this, and now they’re coming down tough on DB and co. Rough few weeks for DaBaby — this is just the most recent incident for him in a string of seemingly nonstop hiccups.
BTW, Jake Paul was randomly at this shoot … and the movie appears to be a single for an artist signed to DaBaby’s corporation, and he may well have just been cameoing. Anyway, the video’s out.
